We like to celebrate Friday’s here at The Crabtree by offering our Prosecco for just £20 or £30 to include 6 delicious Oysters .
Pop in for a bottle over lunch or dinner.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Fri 27th Sept at 9.30am – bring your cake for judging by Lynn our resident cake expert- the winner will receive a voucher for afternoon tea for two at the Crabtree. Drink coffee, chat & raise money for a charity that literally helps all of us at some stage in life – what’s not to like!!!
Pub Quiz Night
is back – first Wednesday of every month so that is Wednesday 2ndOctober with quizmaster, author & Crabtree landlord Simon Hope – book now as space is limited. Those eating should arrive for 7pm – time to relax and dust off your brains before Simon puts you and your team to a real test! Winners will not only receive a cash prize but also a valuable signed copy of Simon’s first book – ‘The Reluctant Vegetarian’! There will be a ‘Food’ round so start revising now!!
Rugby World Cup 2019
It all kicks off on Sunday 22nd September – but our first world cup breakfast will be for the next game on Thursday 26th September. Of course it will be full English. We are playing USA at 11.15am so breakfast will be served at 10.30am – beer will be served through out! Breakfast will also be served 45 minutes before kick off for each of the pool games. So that means Saturday 5that 8.15am and Saturday 12that 8.30am.
Trenchmore Beef Celebration
Wednesday 9thOctober. Enjoy an evening of delicious beef based food paired with wines that match. Relax in the knowledge that Trenchmore beef is a mere 2 food miles away. 5 courses for £40 – wine flight £30 – there will be a vegetarian alternative.
Crabtree Bonfire BBQ
Tuesday 5th November, the fun begins from 5pm – burgers, sausages, pulled pork bao buns, toasted marsh mallows, toffee apples, mulled cider and lots of surprises!!
Thurs 14th November – The Crabtree Beaujolais Bistro’ with 2 courses £24, 3 courses £28. Beaujolais Nouveau £20 a bottle. Cremant de Loire £20 a bottle.
